CiteTrack AI for WordPress

Stop collecting AI metrics. Know what to do next.

CiteTrack follows the complete WordPress AI visibility workflow: verify that AI crawlers and agents can reach you, measure whether answer engines cite and recommend you, understand the brand story, attribute revenue, turn the evidence into owned work and check whether the result changed.

Start with the problem you need to solve

You do not need seventeen disconnected dashboards. Each workspace answers a buyer question and hands the result to the next step.

01

Access

Can AI reliably reach the pages that matter?

Separate verified crawlers from claimed names and impersonators. Find blocks, errors, crawl waste and pages that have never received a verified request.

  • Current crawler catalog with official-network verification
  • Verified, unverified and possible impersonator states
  • Human traffic stored separately from crawler requests
  • Private URL details removed before storage

02

Visibility

Does AI know, cite and recommend your business?

Measure brand presence, citation rate and share of voice separately, with comparable trends and notices when tracking coverage changed.

  • Prompt-by-service citation evidence
  • Brand presence, citation rate and average share of voice
  • Recommendation rank and cited-source position
  • Gained and lost source domains without false “good/bad” labels

Improve and verify

Did the work actually resolve the issue?

Review rendered-page evidence, apply compatible improvements to the proven WordPress or SEO-plugin destination, and run a fresh check from the task.

  • Direct answers, key takeaways, buyer Q&A and metadata
  • Provider-aware schema, canonical and indexability workflows
  • Exact internal-link, redirect and image-description evidence
  • Passed, still failing or could-not-verify results

Which feature should I start with?

I do not know whether AI can access my site. Where do I start?

Start with AI Crawler Analytics. It separates verified crawler requests from unverified names and possible impersonators, then shows access errors and pages receiving useful crawler attention.

I know AI can crawl us, but it rarely mentions the brand. What next?

Use AI Citation Tracking and Brand Voice. Presence, citation rate and share of voice are measured separately so you can distinguish “known but not cited” from complete absence.

I have many findings and no idea what to prioritize.

Open the Action Center. Home keeps only the three most important AI visibility priorities visible, while the Tasks screen contains the complete assigned queue with filters, owners, evidence and review dates.

Can CiteTrack make changes to my website?

Yes, after review and only through a proven destination. Supported work includes direct-answer summaries, key takeaways, buyer Q&A, metadata, exact internal links, confirmed same-site redirects, image descriptions and guarded provider-native schema. The Safe Fix Queue batches only deterministic reviewed changes; decisions stay individual.

How do I know a task worked?

Use Check again now from the task. CiteTrack performs a fresh page check and reports passed, still failing or could not verify. Resolved tasks complete automatically and reopen if a later scan confirms the issue returned.

Does CiteTrack automatically contact publishers?

No. Source work uses public author profiles, editorial contacts, contact pages or published email addresses. CiteTrack never guesses an address, and outreach remains a reviewed human workflow.
