Alerts & Monitoring

Set up alerts from a template

CiteTrack AI Alerts screen with rule templates and active rules for lost citations, crawl spikes and competitor overtakes
Build alert rules from templates and deliver them by email, webhook or Slack.

Alerts notify you the moment AI visibility changes, a citation lost, a competitor overtaking you, sentiment turning negative, a crawl-error spike, so you do not have to watch dashboards.

Add a rule

  1. Open CiteTrack AI → Alerts.
  2. Pick a template (e.g. Lost a citation, A citation went stale, Competitor overtook you, AI sentiment turned negative) and click Add rule.
  3. It appears under Active rules, on, evaluated on its schedule.

Manage rules

Each rule has Disable / Enable and Delete. Disable pauses without losing it; delete removes it.

Rules fire on a schedule (hourly or daily) and need prompts and crawl data flowing, so set those up first.
