The Analytics workspace uses the same range pattern as AI Visibility: quick presets for common reporting windows plus exact custom dates when you need a client-ready period.
Where to find it
- Open CiteTrack AI → Analytics.
- Choose 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, Month to date, Last month or Custom.
- For a custom report, enter From and To, then click Apply.
What changes when you apply a range
The selected window follows you across Overview, Channels, Sources, Landing pages and AI. Totals, charts and tables are rebuilt from that same window, so you do not compare a 30-day channel table against a 14-day AI chart by mistake.
How to read the result
- Overview shows sessions, pageviews, revenue and conversion rate for the chosen period.
- Channels shows Direct, Organic Search, Referral, AI Assistants and other channels side by side.
- AI shows crawler activity, human visits, citation status, share of voice and AI-attributed revenue for the selected window.
Custom ranges are capped to the supported reporting window so unusually broad dates cannot make WordPress do unbounded work. If you need a long-term client handoff, save a frozen report baseline.
