Every task begins with two plain-language sections: What this means and What to do now. The rest of the screen changes with the evidence type.
AI visibility evidence
Lost-citation, claim and reputation tasks keep the buyer question, AI service, previous answer, current answer, citation state, cited URLs and cited-source details together. This lets the reviewer see the actual change instead of acting from a generic alert.
Page-check evidence
Website tasks can include detected schema, missing or unmatched schema fields, invalid JSON-LD evidence, question headings, external links, metadata values, heading counts, identified images and the current public-page result. Optional implementation details stay under Technical details.
Link evidence
Broken-link and redirect tasks show the exact linked words, nearest page heading, occurrence count and bounded surrounding text. A redirect task also shows the old URL, each verified hop and final destination.
Activity history
Generated proposals, edits, assignments, status changes, notes, contact checks, applied work, verification and follow-ups are stored as a visible timeline. Notes remain attached to the task so the next reviewer does not have to reconstruct the investigation.
