Reputation & Answer Monitoring

What Reputation tracks & how to use it

CiteTrack AI Reputation screen showing what changed in AI answers and a claims audit marking statements accurate or wrong
Reputation tracks what AI says about you between runs and flags wrong or outdated claims.

Reputation watches what AI says about you over time, not just whether you are cited. It is where brand-safety problems surface before your customers see them.

What it flags

  • Status drops, cited to absent for a prompt.
  • Sentiment turning negative, the tone about you got worse.
  • Answer drift, the answer changed substantially (a new claim, a wrong price, a “discontinued” mislabel).

Where to start

  1. Make sure prompts are running under Citations: Reputation compares each run to the previous, so it needs at least two runs per prompt.
  2. Open CiteTrack AI → Reputation and use Recent changes to triage.
  3. Switch to Answers & accuracy to read the exact latest answer and catch anything false.
New install? No events until prompts have run twice, expected, not a bug.
