Citation Tracking

Run prompts now & read the results

CiteTrack AI citation results showing cited, mentioned and absent status per engine with position, sentiment and share of voice
Citation results per prompt and engine, cited, mentioned or absent, with position and share of voice.

Adding prompts does not fetch results by itself, a run has to call each engine. Wait for the schedule, or run on demand.

Run now

  1. Go to CiteTrack AI → Citations.
  2. Click Run all prompts now. A progress bar processes one prompt×engine at a time (avoids server timeouts) and reloads with the number of results recorded.
  3. Just added a key? Click its Test button, it sends a tiny probe and shows a check or the exact error.

Read the results table

  • Status, cited / mentioned / absent.
  • Position, your rank when cited (e.g. #3). Mentions and absents have no position by definition.
  • Sentiment, how the answer felt about you.
  • 90-day trend, a sparkline of that slot’s recent history.
Scheduled runs need WP-Cron; if results never appear on their own, your host likely disables it, add a real server cron, or use Run all prompts now.
