The Sentiment over time chart shows how AI answers feel about you, positive, neutral or negative, as three lines, with the current mix in the legend.
Why it matters
An answer can mention you while describing you unfavorably. A rising negative line is an early warning that AI is repeating a complaint, an outdated fact, or a competitor’s framing.
How to use it
- Find the chart on Visibility.
- If the negative line climbs, go to Reputation → Answers & accuracy to read the exact answers.
- Fix the source (your page, a review, a thread), then watch it recover over the next runs.
Sentiment is captured on every run, so it needs a few runs before the lines are meaningful.
