Tasks is the shared assignment and follow-up queue. It turns current CiteTrack findings into work with a priority, status, owner, expected outcome, review date, notes and permanent activity history.
Where tasks come from
- AI visibility: lost citations, claim concerns, sentiment changes and crawled-but-not-cited pages.
- Website improvements: actionable failed checks from the latest rendered-page scan.
- Technical health: verified broken or redirected page links and related page-access decisions.
- Sources and outreach: cited-source opportunities and saved editorial relationship work.
Home, Tasks and task detail
Home keeps the first decision simple by showing only the three most important AI visibility priorities. Tasks contains the complete searchable and paginated queue. Opening Review task gives one issue its own screen with plain-language guidance, saved evidence, the proposed workflow, assignment controls and activity history.
A practical weekly routine
- Review the three Home priorities for urgent citation or reputation changes.
- Open Tasks and filter by your work area or owner.
- Finish the highest-priority supported changes in Optimize, Technical health or Sources.
- Set a review date tied to the expected outcome.
- Use Check again now or the next scheduled measurement to confirm the result.
