The Visibility screen is your AI rank tracker. Where Citations shows the latest result per prompt, Visibility turns that history into trends over time, whether AI is citing you more or less, on which engines and topics, and how you stack up against competitors.
Before it has data
Visibility is built from citation history, so it needs prompts that have run at least once (ideally a few times). If it looks empty: add prompts and an engine key under Citations, click Run all prompts now, then come back.
Where to start
- Open CiteTrack AI → Visibility.
- Pick a range, 30 / 60 / 90 days, 12 months, Month to date, Last month, or a Custom from/to date. Every chart and table recalculates for that window. The KPI tiles show your current Visibility Index and how it changed vs the start of the range (and year-over-year where you have history).
- Read the Visibility Index over time chart, then drill into By engine and By topic to see what is moving the number.
- Scroll to the per-prompt table to spot winners and losers, each row has its own sparkline.
The Visibility Index is a 0–100 score across your tracked prompt×engine slots: cited at #1 scores highest and decays by position, a “mention” scores partial, “absent” scores zero.
