14-day money-back guarantee

If CiteTrack AI isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase for a full refund of that purchase.

How to request

Contact support from the email on your order, or use the refund option in your account dashboard. We may ask what didn’t work so we can improve.

What happens to your license

When a refund is approved, the associated license is deactivated and its site activations are released. Your locally-stored analytics data is not deleted by us, it remains in your WordPress database until you remove it.

Exclusions

• Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but cancel any time before renewal to avoid the next charge.
• Third-party AI API costs you incur with your own keys are billed by those providers and are not refundable by us.
• Requests beyond 14 days are considered case-by-case at our discretion.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
