Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of CiteTrack AI software and this website.

License

A purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use the plugin on the number of sites permitted by your plan, for the active subscription term. Licenses may be moved between sites by deactivating one site and activating another.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software except as permitted by its open-source license, and to use any AI engine integrations in accordance with those providers’ terms.

Bring-your-own API keys

Citation tracking uses your own third-party API keys. You are responsible for charges incurred with those providers (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Anthropic, etc.).

Google integrations

If you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, you authorise CiteTrack AI to access, on your behalf, the read-only Google scopes described in our Privacy Policy, and you confirm you are entitled to grant that access. Access is read-only and may be revoked by you at any time. CiteTrack AI’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your use of Google services through the plugin is also subject to Google’s own terms.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal from your account.

Disclaimer & liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
